Pets Welcome

We understand that pets are part of the family so your furry friends are welcome to join our community at The Grand Apartments. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. The maximum weight allowed is 30 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $250 for the first pet and $125 for the second pet. The pet rent is $5 per pet per month. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
